Diana Carolina Soledad Fúquene

Diana Soledad is the Project Manager of “Support for the Consolidation of Peace in Colombia” at ICTJ, where she oversees proper financial, administrative, and operational implementation. Her work includes managing finances, human resources, logistics, and procurement, as well as coordinating with strategic partners to ensure the project’s effective development. Before joining ICTJ, she worked for more than twelve years in international organizations, leading financial, logistical, and programmatic processes, as well as initiatives to strengthen grassroots organizations. Throughout her career, she has promoted stronger connections between support and program areas, generating synergies that enhance teamwork and ensure transparent use of resources.
